Rosheen holds a PhD in Change Management.

Commenting on the appointments, Tom Roche, Chairman of NTR plc said: “As reported in our 2008 Annual Report, the Group’s transition to becoming an international player in the renewable energy and sustainable waste management sectors took on an added momentum during the past year. These appointments, following the other senior management changes announced in June, reflect the ongoing evolution of our company.”

Jim Barry, Chief Executive of NTR said: “We have been very lucky with the calibre of management within the Group and across each of the Group’s businesses. I believe Ian, Trevor, Anna and Rosheen will play important roles as we move towards our goal of being a significant player in the global renewable energy and recycling markets.”
