NTR Appoints Company Secretary

NTR plc, the international renewable energy group, today announced that Caroline Bergin has been appointed as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor to the Group, commencing July 2010. Caroline will succeed Eamon Bolger, who will retire in July following eight years of service.

Caroline joins NTR plc from Greencore Group, an Irish-headquartered publicly traded convenience foods company, where she has been Group Company Secretary since 2002. Prior to her joining Greencore Group, she began her career practicing law with Irish legal firm, A&L Goodbody.
