October 26 2017,Dublin: Shareholders of Altas Investments plc (“the Company”) are informed that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, 26 October, 2017, were duly passed by a show of hands.

28 September 2017, Dublin: Altas Investments plc has published its annual report and financial statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2017. Profit for the year amounted to €11.1M, €9.7 million of which relates to profits from discontinued operations. Shareholders funds attributable to the equity shareholders of the company at 31 March 2017 amounted to €19.7M.
